Shipping Info

• Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed & shipped. Shipping times vary by product. 
• We thank you for your patience as we work with our manufacturers to reduce US shipping times as much as possible, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange just because of shipping times. 
• Your item will arrive, assuming you've put the correct shipping address, but depending on your location this may take longer than initially expected. 
• If it is brought to our attention that there has been an error or mistake in the shipping process, and your item is taking over 60 days to arrive, we will work with you to come to a reasonable solution to your problem. 
• If your item's tracking number is updated to delivered & you claim the item was never received, & do not have proof of any thievery, (i.e video footage) unfortunately we cannot confirm anything to be true & will not offer you a refund or exchange. Please ensure you input the correct shipping address at checkout- for potentially missing packages, please contact your local postal service giving reference to your tracking number.
